Our process begins with a one-on-one consultation at our workshop in Bali, where we work closely with you to design every detail: board shape, size, rocker, fin setup, and custom artwork that reflects your personality. We use premium materials — including lightweight EPS foam, high-quality fiberglass, eco-friendly epoxy resin, and sustainable teak accents — blending time-honored hand-shaping techniques with modern engineering for optimal performance, durability, and style.

Our custom surfboard range starts from Rp 5,000,000 for basic performance models and goes up to Rp 20,000,000 for premium designs with advanced features, custom artwork, or sustainable luxury materials. We also offer board repairs, fin upgrades, and grip pad installation, plus the chance to watch your board take shape during your visit to our Zettonbalismiletours workshop.
